VJI Holiday Apartment, Cueva del Viento

The apartment is located within the family villa which is situated on the outskirts of the small village of Los Piquetes - 600 metres above sea level. There is one small supermarket and one taberna within walking distance but an abundance of shops and restaurants a short car ride or bike ride for the more adventurous, in Icod. The famous cave (Cueva del Viento) is now open to the public. We also have a community bus if you wish to leave the car. For your peace of mind there is always someone on hand to assist in making your stay as comfortable as possible. We will be around should you need us but not when you don't. We will try to ensure you have a pleasant stay and go back home refreshed.

Rural North West Tenerife - the climate is cooler but the welcome is just as warm as the beaches in the south of the island. From Teno to Puerto de la Cruz there is everything for the sports-mad enthusiast. From surfing at Socorro to canoeing around Buenavista; paragliding, horseriding, fishing and one of the best locations for golf. There are now designated rambling routes throughout the north west. Rock pools at Garachico and of course the lovely little sandy coves.

The apartment is the perfect location for the fit and for the less fit there is always relaxation. Please note that transport is essential. This is not a beach holiday complex but it is a great base to enjoy all that the island has to offer.

A deposit of 25% is required (refundable in the event of cancellation up to six weeks prior to holiday).
